WHAT ANYBP DOES — AND ITS LIMITS
Health information

A record of your monitor’s readings
AnyBP is intended for adults recording and reviewing measurements from their own blood pressure monitor. A separate monitor is required. The phone camera photographs the display; it does not measure your blood pressure. Use a monitor and measurement technique recommended by your healthcare professional.
Check every number
Photo recognition can misread digits because of lighting, glare, angle, display type or image quality. Compare systolic, diastolic and pulse values with the original display before saving. Enter or correct numbers manually when needed. An illustrative website preview or successful test is not evidence of clinical accuracy.
Not medical advice
AnyBP is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition. It does not recommend medication or replace a clinician. Consult a healthcare professional for advice, diagnosis or treatment and before making medical decisions. Do not change prescribed medication based only on an app reading.
AnyBP is not an emergency monitoring service and does not alert a clinician for you. If you need urgent medical help, contact your local emergency service.
Home-monitoring guidance
The website summarises NICE NG136’s home-monitoring routine for confirming a diagnosis. Your clinician may give you different instructions for your circumstances. Read the original NICE recommendations. This reference does not imply NICE endorsement.
Availability and regulatory claims
AnyBP is currently presented here as a web app. Home Screen installation does not mean it has been approved by Apple or Google, and no app-store listing is claimed.
The medical-device classification and market-specific regulatory position must be confirmed before store submission. No regulatory approval or certification is claimed by this website. The final app description must use the disclaimer or regulatory evidence appropriate to that determination.
